However,nI kept getting fun ideas on how I could use it to create a fun little story, so it eventually grew into this large and rather complex project. In fact this is my longest video so far, by a large margin. Originally it was supposed to be a 3 day project, it but ended up being almost a 3 month oneSome of you will probably recognize the infamous machine featured in this video, but in case you didn’t… don’t look it up… trust me 😇 Luckily for Miku, the company managed to iron out most of the kinks since then, so her fate won’t be quite as gruesome (✿◠‿◠)nI picked this specific model since I suck at modeling, so these simple shapes were somewhat easy for me to recreate. I attempted to recreate the original model and even the animation itself as closely as possible.. just with a slightly different ending 😇As for the stylistic direction, I normally don’t use outlines, but they are such a large part of the original machine, that I wanted to include them, in order to stay visually faithful to the original model (not to mention it looks like trash without the outlines). I also considered changing March’s body shader to match Miku’s, since their visual styles clash a bit, Miku is using a different shading technique, but I decided to keep March’s original body shader, since I wanted to stay faithul to her original looks as well.Are you an animator, and want to “fukounize” a girl of your own?
